A man has shocked people with his really weird act after he was found in public masturbating.
The man asumed to be in his late 20s was spotted in public rubbing and fondling his p*nis by the roadside.
The incident occurred in Kenya.
According to some residents, the has been harassing women and
motorists in traffic snarl-ups around the city, with his male organ.
According to Tuko, the man who pretends to be selling candy in the streets, waits until he spots a lady in her car.
He will then walk up to the vehicle and whip out his manhood and thrusts it onto the woman’s view.
He will then begin to masturbate right there in public.
The man has reportedly been warned severally to keep off but he won't bulge.
Some sources reveal he has been reported to the police and will soon be arrested.
