The lady in question

This young lady with an appealing beauty is currently physically challenged with a seemingly amputed leg.

She has been permanently relegated to walking on crutches.
 
Her picture was posted on an African forum on Facebook expressing her fears about her limited chances of getting married and having a family due to her physical limitations.

The identity of the lady in question is currently unknown as well as the circumstances that culminated in her present predicament.
