House of Representative Speaker, Yakubu Dogara
Abdulmumin Jibrin, in continuation of his promise to force security agencies do the rightful thing over allegations he levelled against House of Representatives Speaker, Yakubu Dogara has listed 20 Corruption Allegations.
He wrote on Facebook: "20 ALLEGATIONS BEGGING FOR ANSWERS FROM SPEAKER YAKUBU DOGARA AND HIS CORRUPT CABAL IN THE HOUSE SINCE 85 DAYS AGO"
1. Speaker Dogara and three others stole N40 out of the N100 billion for constituency projects and shared same to themselves and few others
2. Speaker Dogara tried to force me to insert fraudulent projects worth about 30 Billion naira in the budget which I refused to oblige
3. Speaker Dogara and the 3 other Principal Officers inserted wasteful and fraudulent projects worth about N20 billion naira in the budget
4. Speaker Dogara and the 3 others connived with about 10 Committee Chairs and inserted over 2,000 projects worth about N284 billion in the budget
5. Speaker Dogara in concert with 3 others stole the entire 20% inputs reserved for the House after the harmonization exercise
6. Speaker Dogara tried to force me to create a strange line item in the service wide vote to allow for a N20 billion insertion into the budget
7. Speaker Dogara took away the appropriations committee secretariat on two occasions where several fraudulent insertions were made into the budget
8. Speaker Dogara fraudulently diverted 2 Federal Government water projects to his personal farm in Nasarawa State
9. Speaker Dogara diverted a FGN rural electrification project to his farm in Nasarawa in addition to a complete PHCN reticulation free of charge
10. Speaker Dogara diverted a Federal Government of Nigeria Feeder Road project to his farm in Nasarawa
11. Speaker Dogara and his Deputy collected millions of Naira for the rent of houses and guest houses. Hon Hembe stole part of the money
12. Speaker Dogara made fraudulent arrangements to make monthly deduction from members’ RUNNING COST to fund a fraudulent housing scheme
13. Speaker Dogara abused his office in a clear case of conflict of interest by directing an agency to grant loans to him and others
14. Speaker Dogara also allowed several wasteful procurements including ones that are already available as ploy to siphon funds of the House
15. Speaker Dogara has refused to distribute internal budget of the House and is running finances of the House in absolute secrecy
16. Speaker Dogara and Doguwa shortchanged members in the quantity and quality of items and received kick-backs in the 2015 SDG projects
17. Speaker Dogara received about 1.5billion naira in fraudulent running cost allowances and has used same allowances to blackmail members
18. Speaker Dogara directed the Sergeant-At-Arm Under the guise of sealing carted away 53 files and lot of 2016 budget documents
19. Speaker Dogara and the 3 other Principal Officers in concert with Hon Herma Hembe are attempting to kidnap or kill me
20. Speaker Dogara tampered continue to use amidst protest the new House rules that is subjudice after giving himself draconian powers in the rules
