Mr Chijioke started by introducing himself .He gave a preview of the last meeting on the facial recognition app.He talked about the challenges which lecturers face during Exams due to imposters(impersonation).He also talked about how this app will go a long way in setting things in order.
He said the constraints of the app is that it only works on PCs. He suggested a possibility of it working on the intranet. He said the app will possibly be installed on every computer system with a camera attached. The way the Algorithm works is that the camera at the point of registration will take a snapshot of the individual.When a user wants to log in he or she will take a snapshot which will be compared by a server from the database. The app will work with a LAN.
He said he's looking forward to working with all of us.
