The duo were spotted together in Delta State, today as the
billionaire was presented with an Honorary Doctorate Degree Award at
Federal University of petroleum Resources FUPRE, Delta State, with
Regina proudly by his side.
Recall that Regina had in the past denied ever having anything to
do with Ned Nwoko, calling reports that the two had secretly married a
mere 'rumour'.
Many people believe the cars and expensive jewelries she has been
flaunting on social media for weeks belongs to the billionaire.
